| islgrl82 | Fabulous place to stay! |
| LuvAnAdventure | I would go back in a heartbeat. This is a very nice resort with a lot to offer. The food wasn't spectacular, but still good. The beach has seaweed, but not too bad. We loved lounging on the beach. |
| JohnHollyJeremyJared | Moon Palace is the best resort in Cancun, hands down. |
| Ecolorado | The hotel was beautiful, however, sprawling grounds long walk to the ocean, smaller rooms, and overall just a giant facility. Ocean was too calm for me - no waves. |
| FDeane | One of the most beautiful properties in Cancun for R & R. A bit secluded but perfect if you want a romantic getaway. Worst thing about the hotel is there is no nice beach to swim or walk. |
| LondonGirlUK | An amazing resort. Rooms r spacious with a luxurious jaccuzzi, views/grounds-fab, staff excellent -a wonderful experience! Its only let-down is the beach - lots of seaweed-thats the only fault! 10/10 |
| Kevin | Great resort complex. The pool and grounds are the best! The beach however is not nice. The water is not clear, and has an foul smell sometimes. Lots of seaweed. |
| shalomtou | paradise,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, |
| chrissy | This was the first all inclusive we had ever been to and would absolutely go back. The pool is gigantic, everyone that worked there and everyone we met were very nice. |
