| broichj1 | This is the second time we stayed here. Its has a warm feeling and the staff is wonderful. The downside is the sales staff trying to sell and overpriced timeshare. The pool is cool but the ocean is just a few steps away. Great views of the beach fro |
| Divnesq | Strong timeshare pitch, using reduced prices on tours as a reward for listening. I booked tours through Brant's before hand, and avoided the 90 min+ sales pitch. I recommend to do the same. |
| Vacation1 | time share with 2 building, building 2 has been updated, but the furniture and rugs need to be updated. Building 1 has had some rooms updated, but not all. Hotel has great staff, very friendly |
| Jillybean917 | The Casa Maya was a great place to take our family. We love the beach, and we are on the beach everyday. It was a great beach location, and we really enjoyed our stay. |
| Kenrabs | Great beach that you can actually swim in. Wonderful staff and very family friendly resort. Close to town and Punta Cancun. 3 pools all very clean but small. Very clean inside and out. |
| WhenCanIgo | So hard to judge this place. We were given a Free week in June of 2005 and it was my first trip to Cancun. Older hotel, far from airport, calm beach, lrg units, great bar service...... |
| rodman | Pools cold, too much shade. Time share hawkers, too much! We got extra guests, some lizard living in the walls visited us nightly. Good beach, close to lots, did not eat their food, too high$$ |
| Charlene | The Casa Maya timeshare was very roomy and the staff was more than accomodating. The room service was the best because the food was cheaper and than the restaurant and they gave bigger portions! |
| kcush02 | We loved this place! Location was excellent in between the market area and party zone. Staff was amazing and very helpful! Resort was not 5 star, but you were treated like one! Calm and relaxing place |
| Cancun | The room was nice, but our room was suppose to have a fridge, but didn't. We had to keep our food in a cooler. I don't know if I will go back to the Casa Maya. |
